Producer: Toni Martelli

This is Toni's breakthrough role as creator and producer of a television series. Her decade long experience in film and TV has earned Toni amazing respect within the industry. A keen supporter and investor of many locally produced short films, she has also recently directed a shortlisted nominee in the prestigious 'TropFest' film festival. With a natural eye for developing and nurturing aspiring actors, Toni is also director of Natural Talent TV and Film School.


Assistant Producer: Emma Conroy

Emma graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2010. Her keen production skills led her to work on Australia's Next Top Model. With a penchant for the creative - Emma's cites music direction and music video production among her list of impressive achievements. With 12 months post production work in London already under her belt, Conroy brings a youthful exuberance and amazing energy to the team.


Director: Rob Queree

With over forty years of experience in stage, film, and TV, Rob's professional investment in Xandria is a coup for the series. A polished actor in his own right, Queree is a stalwart of the industry and an acclaimed performer with the internationally recognised Melbourne Theatre Company. With credits Cosi, Chorus of Disapproval, Bullshot Crummond and The Sunshine Boys, Queree's features include Gabriel, Broken Sun, I Know How Many Runs You Scored Last Summer and I Hate Candy, Queree can also boast an impressive CV of television achievements including work on Changi, All Saints, Home and Away and Breakers.


1st Assistant Director: Julia Kaminskaya

Julia has worked for many years in leading international advertising agencies as an entertainment special projects manager. Having achieved success in digital marketing, she then switched to video production and filmmaking. Her first projects as writer, director and interviewer were for webisodes of 'The Downshifting' and '7 Sins' for an internet-TV channel. After the switch to TV-based productions, Julia worked as assistant producer for the reality show 'Dating in the Dark, Russia'. From time to time she likes performing in short film projects just for fun. She says her real passion is music and music video production, which she has started directing herself in 2012.


Wardrobe & Costume: Mel McQueen

With costume & wardrobe experience ranging from extravagant, big-budget Bollywood feature films to low-budget, independent films, McQueen's versatility bolsters an already strong line-up. Sort after for her work as a stylist/producer/art director on with a number of big brand fashion clients, her involvement at a creative level with Xandria brings a dynamic level of colour and experience to the production team.


Wardrobe & Costume: Elizabeth Franklin

Assisting McQueen in wardrobe is the talented newcomer Elizabeth Franklin who comes to the Xandria production team having unparelleled successes on the set of 'Underbelly Razor' and the stage musical 'Hairspray'. Harnessing her own fashion and costume design background with insightful levels of professionalism, Franklin's involvement with the series cannot be understated.

Set Design: Sage-Kavita Godrei

Sage studied Media at Murdoch University WA. Her acting experience includes Satisfaction, Underbelly and Matching Jack. She is now involved with producing short films and theatre through On the Cusp Productions.

Hair & Make Up: Tanya Monahan

Tanya Monahan has been working as a professional make up artist in Sydney and London for the last ten years. With a vast catalogue of photoshoots, commercial and fashion make up, stage shows, corporate work events events, she is so excited about working on this new Australian TV series! Tanya loves the story and enjoys bringing something special to each character that is unique and beautiful, in each episode she that she works on.


Storyboard: Sam Milazzo

Sam has been drawing, and has loved doing so, ever since he was little, whether it was from his own imagination or from what he saw on TV. He studied sign-writing at Ultimo TAFE for four years before attending Sydney Film School in 2008 and 2009-2010. It was here that he took an interest in helping out with Xandria and continues to do so when needed.



Toni Martelli as Xandria

Prized for her multi-faceted abilities both behind and in front of the camera, Martelli is cast in the role that she truly makes her own. A graduate of the Brian Adams Screen Production Academy and The Actors Pulse, she has worked on a number of commercials and movies including Mission Impossible and Down Under.


Joel Duval as Fred

From street performer to theatre, television and film. Duval's own eclectic career mirrors his riotous role in Xandria. With credits including Magic Words, Verbal Combat, The Hurting Game, Hair as well as Sticks and Stones, this diverse talent also won recent acclaim after featuring in the film The Dream.


Marilyn Gotlieb as Mrs. Shrump

Originally from New Zealand, Gotlieb's strength in dramatic interpretation has won her a critic's award for Best Actress. With works including The Merchant of Venice, The Wizard of Oz and Anthony and Cleopatra. Her screen credits include In the Blues, Red Hot Sun, Null Horizons, Valley of Desire and feature films Babe and The Nostradamus Kid.


Christian Miles as JD

Trained in the prestigious Arts University College at Bournemouth, England, and graduating with a bachelor honours degree at the top of his class, Christian has migrated to pursue his acting career here in Australia. His recent film and television credits include Mental, Terra Nova, Sekai Gyoten News, and Reef Doctors. Christian is a diversified actor that thrives upon the most challenging and authentic roles.


Bianca Bateman as Heather

With a Bachelor of Drama from the University of Queensland behind her, Bateman is a career actor with theatre credits including Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, Oklahoma and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. More recently noted for her commercial work with IMB, New Zealand Tourism, Reflex and the Cancer Institute, Bateman also lists among her film credits Love is in the Air, Reflections, Dressed for Success, Will Be Done, Up the Aisle and Silent Eyes.


Mark Stevens as Tyrone

Mark Stevens is a character actor with screen presence, experience and a strong skill set. His acting ability has produced unique characters on screen that are remembered for all the right reasons.


Athanasia Sklavenitis as the Limo Driver

Athanasia Sklavenitis has been featured on-set on modelling shoots for major companies, on live catwalk fashion parades for Channel 7 and the Sunrise morning show, and has been featured in TVC, e.g. Holiday Inn in for the USA, Pizza Hut, Hungry Beast, McDonalds, Hahn Beer, Cleo the telemovie and the list goes on. The first time she appeared on televison was in Europe for ANT1 in Greece on a breakfast show, at the age of 24, where it was the start of this magical journey!.
